Due to strategic business development and following approval and registration with the Market Supervision Administration, our company has completed a change of its legal name and registered address. The relevant information is as follows:

I. Changes

  • Former company name: Welch (Jinhua) Import & Export Co., Ltd.
  • Current company name: Welch (Hangzhou) Import & Export Co., Ltd.
  • Former registered address: No. 168 Shuanglin South Street, Qiubin Subdistrict, Wucheng District, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province, China
  • Current registered address: Room 503, Building 1, No. 2 Xinke Street, Baiyang Subdistrict, Qiantang District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China

II. Important Notes

  • This change is limited to the company’s legal name and registered address only. The company’s legal status, legal representative, equity structure, business scope, creditor and debtor relationships, and the validity of existing contracts remain unchanged.
  • All contracts, agreements, purchase orders, invoices and cooperative arrangements previously executed under the former name remain valid and do not require re-execution.
  • The company’s Unified Social Credit Code, bank, bank account number, telephone number, email address and business contacts remain unchanged.
  • From the date of this notice, all external documents, materials, invoices, seals and related instruments will be issued and used under the new company name.
